Travel Support Team Reservations and traveler support

The front line for travelers after they book: registrations, payments, travel details and the questions that come in every day.

Help travelers register for expeditions
Process payments and confirm reservations
Answer questions about itineraries, flights, hotels and travel insurance
Respond by phone and email, promptly and kindly
Handle changes, cancellations and late updates to bookings

Group Leader Support Team Sales and church relationships

Builds relationships with pastors, ministry leaders and organizers, and helps them shape an expedition their people will want to join.

Reach churches, ministries and Christian schools about group travel
Build custom proposals around each group
Guide group leaders through planning, promotion and registration

Operations Team Hotels, transport and suppliers

The behind the scenes work that makes a trip run: contracts, rooming lists and confirmations with hotels, coaches, guides and airlines.
