Your own party, your own pace, on the dates that suit you. We build the route, arrange everything on the ground, and send someone with you.
A private expedition is built for the people you name and no one else. There is no fixed departure to join and no strangers on the coach. The itinerary, the pace and the dates are yours, and the group is whoever you bring, whether that is a family of six, a small group from church or a ministry team.
There is no minimum party size. The one thing to know before you ask is that the fewer of you there are, the more each person pays, because a coach, a guide and a tour director cost the same whether six people travel or forty. We tell you what your number means for the price in the first conversation.
Young children and older travelers change how a trip should be built, so we build it differently: a rest day early on, the major sites spread over separate days, an overnight instead of a long day trip, and unhurried time at the places you came to see.
Everyone in your party gets the app: the day by day itinerary, hotels, flights, a group chat for your party and live updates when a time or meeting point changes.
We build the same kind of trip for a church, a ministry or radio audience, a youth or student group, or a Bible college or seminary. Tell us what the group is and we will build around it.
No. We build private expeditions for parties of any size, including a single family. The smaller the party, the higher the cost per person, and we tell you what your number means for the price at the start.
Child pricing is quoted case by case, depending on ages and how the rooms are arranged. There is no fixed minimum age. Tell us how old the children are and we will tell you honestly whether the itinerary suits them.
Yes, and many families do. We arrange quiet places and time at the sites for teaching, communion or a baptism in the Jordan.
Yes. Ask for land-only pricing and we will quote the expedition without the air. Send us your flight times once they are booked.
Most private expeditions are planned eight to twelve months ahead. If your dates are sooner, ask anyway and we will tell you straight away whether it can be done.
