Can I transfer my booking to another person or trip?

In most cases, yes. More than 90 days before departure, you can transfer your booking to another person or to a different trip with no penalty. After that, a transfer to a different trip is no longer guaranteed, but transferring your place to another person is almost always possible. If airfare has already been ticketed in your name, the airline may require a new ticket or charge a name change fee.
